This User Agreement governs your use of Aelyx. By using the app, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal wedding planning and related organization purposes. Aelyx is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms
Aelyx offers subscription-based membership features. Please review the Membership Agreement before purchasing or using membership services.
Permitted Use
You may use Aelyx to organize wedding plans, tasks, budgets, guest information, inspiration, and invitation poster content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you enter and for maintaining access to your own device.
Local Planning Content
Most planning content is stored locally on your device for your use. You should maintain your own backups if you need long-term access to important wedding information.
Purchases
Aelyx may offer subscriptions and coin purchases. Paid features are provided according to the terms shown at purchase and any applicable App Store rules. Coins may be used for selected in-app scenarios such as theme unlocks, AI tools, and poster saving.
Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Aelyx in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Changes
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Aelyx after updates means you accept the revised terms.
