Membership Agreement
The automatic renewal service refers to the service launched on the premise that the user has activated the Aelyx membership service, in order to avoid the user's failure to renew the fee in time due to negligence or other reasons and to meet the user's demand for automatic renewal.
If a user chooses to activate the automatic renewal service, the user authorizes Aelyx to entrust the payment channel to charge from the user's own recharge account or bound third-party payment account when the membership service period is about to expire or when the subscription period is about to expire.
The fees for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the balance of accounts, bank cards, communication accounts, or other applicable payment accounts. The premise of this service is that the user has activated automatic renewal, bound the relevant account, and can successfully deduct the full amount from the account.
Billing Cycle
Aelyx may provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or other subscription cycles, subject to the details shown in the app and on the App Store. Users may choose the subscription plan by themselves. After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the Apple ID account will be charged automatically, and the membership validity period corresponding to the billing cycle will be extended within the applicable billing cycle.
Automatic Debit Rules
If a user chooses to activate automatic renewal, it is deemed that the user agrees to authorize Aelyx to issue a deduction instruction according to the deduction rules of the payment channel when the membership service period is about to expire, and agrees that the payment channel may deduct the fee for the next billing cycle according to that instruction.
Unless the user voluntarily and explicitly cancels automatic renewal, the user's automatic debit authorization remains valid and is not limited by the number of renewal attempts allowed by the payment channel.
Because the automatic renewal service requires the user to actively cancel it, if the user does not actively and explicitly cancel automatic renewal, it will be deemed that the user agrees that Aelyx may carry out payment attempts according to the deduction rules of the payment channel after the membership service period expires, even if the user's account has insufficient funds at a given time.
Once the deduction is successful, Aelyx will activate the membership service corresponding to that billing cycle. The amount paid for the Aelyx membership service is based on the automatic renewal price agreed to when the service is activated, unless otherwise displayed by the platform or agreed between Aelyx and the user.
Cancellation Method
Apple mobile device: open the App Store, tap the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner, enter Account, open Subscriptions, select Aelyx, and cancel the subscription.
If a third-party payment method is associated with the Apple ID or App Store subscription payment channel, please cancel according to the automatic subscription management process provided by that payment channel.
The user acknowledges and agrees that there may be a delay in the update of automatic renewal status. Before cancellation is successfully completed, the deduction instruction entrusted by the user for automatic renewal remains valid. Aelyx will not provide a refund or compensation for fees deducted before cancellation is completed, except where required by applicable App Store rules or law.
